    2. Programming: creating a well balanced & efficient Mixed Use Project with synergies and harmony between the different functions
    3. Masterplan
    4. Detailed Design
    5. Organise and arrange financing of the Congress & Exhibition Centre & infrastructure
    6. To Manage construction
    7. To organise the spin-off of the Congress & Exhibition Centre in favour of GoK*
    8. To market and sell sub-plots to 3rd parties
    9. To Operate the project (property management)
